Welcome to 4My Auto NAPA AUTOPRO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and 4My Auto NAPA AUTOPRO ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
By accessing our website, scheduling appointments, or receiving automotive services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Service Agreement
We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. NAPA parts come with manufacturer warranties. Our labor warranty covers workmanship for the specified period.
Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge fees for no-shows without prior notice.
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize necessary repairs and agree to pay for services rendered. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Outstanding balances may incur interest charges.

- Remove personal belongings from vehicles before service
- Inform us of any known vehicle issues or concerns
- Comply with appointment schedules and policies
- Pay for services in accordance with payment terms
- Notify us immediately of any warranty concerns
Included Services:
We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services using quality NAPA parts and certified technicians. All services are performed according to industry standards.
Service Limitations:
- •Service limitations based on vehicle condition and parts availability
- •Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear items
- •Liability limited to the cost of services provided
- •Not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions
- •Estimates are approximations and final costs may vary
- •Disposal fees may apply for certain parts and fluids
Labor Warranty
- • 12 months or 20,000 km on most repairs
- • Covers workmanship defects only
- • Requires original receipt for claims
- • Subject to normal use conditions
Parts Warranty
- • NAPA manufacturer warranty applies
- • Varies by part type and manufacturer
- • Replacement or repair at our discretion
- • Installation charges may apply
Important: Warranties do not cover normal wear items, abuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors beyond our control.
Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for such services. We are not liable for:

- ×Loss of use of vehicle
- ×Loss of profits or business
- ×Personal property left in vehicles
- ×Pre-existing vehicle conditions
- ×Damage caused by customer negligence
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Payment Terms
